Microsoft opens new Experience Center EMEA

Microsoft this week inaugurated its brand-new Experience Center EMEA in Munich. Here, customers and partners can learn about cutting-edge, immersive technology and products.

Munich, the Microsoft regional office for Germany, Silicon Valley, Singapore, and Atlanta are the other three locations worldwide that provide this opportunity.

Customers and partners can view new Microsoft products and technology that could be significant in the future, as well as visitors from politics and science who can experience the newest technology and see futuristic visions.

Microsoft began with its first branch in Germany in 1983, or precisely 40 years ago. The group used the occasion of the landmark birthday to introduce the new Experience Center EMEA to the invited guests, which also included Markus Söder, the premier of Bavaria. It occupies an entire floor on Walter-Gropius-Straße in Parkstadt Schwabing and provides meeting spaces, live demonstrations on a variety of topics, a movie theater, and a dining establishment.

The SZ reports that two of the demo examples being displayed right now are an AI solution for office work in medical practices and a supermarket that accepts cashless payments. The potential for remote auto repairs was also tested by Prime Minister Söder. Microsoft explains that the Experience Center will continue to demonstrate current focal points like AI, cloud computing, and quantum technology in projects and applications with the goal of strengthening partnerships with businesses and opening up new markets and potential

Microsoft Germany's CEO, Marianne Janik, says.
"We want to encourage others to go further. In the upcoming years, technology will be a potent tool for making significant progress on the problems of our time, such as labor shortages, climate protection, and administrative modernization. We want to follow this course and work with Microsoft Germany to continue igniting and enabling digitization in Germany. ".
