Gipsy Kings: "Music Is a Natural Way of Life"
Section: Arts
Having taken place for the first time last year and already created a name for itself, this year's gastronomic Foodmarkt is certain to be just as delightful.
At Thierschplatz and taking place this weekend on the 7th and 8th of July, this feast for the senses will be showcasing culinary products from small and individual manufacturers. Excellent wines from across Germany and Italy are available to sample and purchase and rich delicacies will populate the stalls. High-quality meats can be sampled al fresco or after they have felt the heat from a variety of innovative and luxury grills. A combination of live music and a relaxing seating area protected by parasols from the early July heat will ensure you stay a little longer than intended. For a day full of unique tastes and guilt-free indulgence, it is most certainly not to be missed.
The Food-Markt will be keeping it's door open all weekend, from 12pm until 10pm on Saturday 7th and from 10am until 6pm on Sunday 8t. For easy public transport access use the U4 or U5 to reach Thierschplatz.
